Location: outskirts of Poltava, on the Kyiv-Kharkiv highway.
Concept: a guest house where a traveler is always expected to feed heartily and heartily.
Kitchen in restaurant "Beef": grilled meat, wood-fired pizza from the oven.
Seating: 90 + 14 banquet + 72 tap hole.
Rough wood, forged metal, ancient massive chandeliers, archaic household items, open kitchen and bar, roof truss system.
Result: guests – another hearty restaurant.
